We at Osse Equipment Manufacturing Group and DESPRAY Environmental were honoured by and welcomed the Nigerian delegation including Freee Recycle Limited.
Ifedolapo Runsewe and Eelco Osse signed a MoU to introduce DESPRAY Aerosolcan recycling technology to Nigeria. Introducing the FoodFuel programm by means of reusing the propellant as a fuel for cooking, saving thousands of acres of forest and saving millions of lives from toxication. A big applouse for Ifedolapo Runsewe for choosing DESPRAY and for her entrepeneural vision.
Also a big thank you to Freek van Eijk, Holland Circular Hotspot and Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) | Partner in Sustainable Development for organising this visit.

What began as a chance connection at IFAT Munich in May 2024 thanks to the UNIDO ITPO Germany Africa delegation has now taken shape in something tangible.
Freee Recycle Limited, Recycle Limited, Recycle Limited and DESPRAY Environmental formalized our partnership with the signing of an MoU. This marks the next phase in our shared mission to address one of the trickiest waste streams: aerosol cans. In collaboration with the Netherlands in Nigeria, we’ve laid the groundwork for FREEE Despray Aerosol Recycle Limited, a joint venture that will set up a dedicated aerosol recycling facility within FREEE Recycle’s Integrated Recycling and Manufacturing hub in Ibadan.
This isn’t just about infrastructure. DESPRAY brings precision engineering and a globally proven, closed-loop system. Along with deep experience in circular solutions and a rooted understanding of local environmental and economic dynamics. Together, we aim to turn a persistent waste problem into a circular success story. This partnership will push boundaries creating green jobs, protecting our environment, and setting a new standard for aerosol recycling in West Africa.
