DeSpray recycling system
DeSpray Environmental is part of the Osse Equipment Manufacturing Group and has marketed a fully self-developed recycling system. DeSpray’s system allows 100% of aerosols to be recycled safely and profitably. This provides benefits for the environment and for the user of DeSpray. DeSpray’s patented aerosol recycling technology enables manufacturers, recycling facilities and municipal waste management sites, for example, to recycle aerosols and recover 100% of their liquid, gas and metal contents in a way that is not only safe and sustainable, but also profitable again.

Visit DeSpray in Munich
The developments of DeSpray do not stand still. Because more and more waste is being recycled, DeSpray cannot help but develop and we try to prepare ourselves as well as possible for possible trends, problems and solutions. Not only can aerosols be recycled in the future, but gases that come out of the installation can also be cleaned, for example.

We would be happy to tell you more during the IFAT fair in Munich 2024.

The new building of Machinefabriek Boessenkool was officially opened last Friday, October 6. It was a festive afternoon for relations and evening for our own employees, who were welcomed in one of the company’s own factory halls. After the official opening ceremony – a self-developed drone delivered a special key card with which the doors could be opened – an extensive tour of the factory followed the many special machines and employees.

Boessenkool since 1902
With this official opening of the new building, another milestone has been reached in the already rich history of the machine factory in Almelo. “This new building fits in with our plans in which we, as a machine factory, want to continue to underline our quality, image and future,” says Eelco Osse, director of Machinefabriek Boessenkool in Almelo.

Eelco: “The project started several years ago. After the first rough sketches, an intensive process of planning, designing, coordinating and ultimately building followed. The result, where we have always kept the desired goal in mind, is impressive. The corona period and the recent extreme cost increases in the construction world were two important factors why we were only able to hold this party this year.” Eelco continues: “The new building fits in seamlessly with the vision of the Osse Group and not only to keep up with the rapidly changing world, but also to go the extra mile. We have deliberately included many metal elements, such as our own designed and installed steel entrance staircase, and of course we also pay a lot of attention to details. For example, we created our history wall on the first floor, which took a lot of research and time. That is not surprising, since we have a long and special history as a company.”

Ready for the future
“We are very proud of our new building. The renovation has been completed and our company can therefore keep up with the expected growth,” Eelco said in his speech. In addition, he treated the guests to a new film during the opening about the activities and employees of the Osse Group in its entirety. About drones and flywheels, electric tractors and the worldwide recycling of aerosol cans. About thinking, passion and just doing it. And of course about the best technical professionals, the latest machines and techniques and from now on all in the new, pleasant and safe working environment!

Charity: Stadsboerderij Beeklust
Invited guests were asked to make a voluntary contribution to the charity chosen by Boessenkool: Stadsboerderij Beeklust. The final amount is not yet known, but will be announced soon at a suitable time and presented in the form of a check to Stadsboerderij Beeklust. The reason why this charity is, among other things, is because of its local and small-scale character and Stadsboerderij Beeklust, just like Machinefabriek Boessenkool, is a place to create connection and where helping each other has ensured that we are successful.
